The Office of the Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) Chair has refuted a news item by the Pacific Islands News Association (PINA) which inferred that the MSG Chair, Prime Minister Hon Manasseh Sogavare of Solomon Islands is not committed to attending the upcoming Special Leaders’ Summit.
