These are Solomon Islands Government updates pertaining to the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) pendamic.

The Solomon Islands Government wishes to inform Solomon Islands Citizens and Non-Citizens planning to travel to Solomon Islands during the COVID-19 Pandemic period to take note of this latest travel advisory. This advisory covers the following areas: 

  • Lifiting of suspension to incoming international passenger flights 
  • Madatory Vaccination- a requirement for entery into Solomon Islands 
  • Changes to country risk profiles and associated pre-depature and post arrival testing and quarantine requirements 
  • Quarantine requirements for families travelling with children under 18 years of age 
  • Miscellaneous provisions 

Temporary Suspension of All Incoming Passenger Service by Air or Sea to Solomon Islands Until Further Notice.

The Solomon Islands Government has set our specific guidelines for travellers to Solomon Islands during the COVID-19 Pandemic period. These guidelines may change from time to time as the COVD-19 situation globally and in Solomon Islands changes. During the State of Public Emergency period, the SIG has established the COVID-19 Oversight Committee [OSC] to oversee its responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.
